Requirments We’re Hiring! Join The Dorothy Njemanze Foundation We’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to take up important roles. Driver -Must be educated with a valid driver’s license and no Priors with the Police. Resident Social Worker -Have background in social work (preferably) Empathic -Empathy and compassion for vulnerable individuals. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. -Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities. Legal Officer -Experience in legal practice or as an in-house legal officer with license to practice. -Ability to interpret and analyze legal documents and regulations. -Familiarity with compliance and risk management processes. -Knowledge of corporate governance and ethics policies. Finance Officer -Familiarity with financial reporting standards -Experience in fund management and grant reporting (for NGOs) -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines -Experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and analysis.
