This report examines the gender responsiveness of Nigeria’s 2025 Appropriations Act, highlighting systemic gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for advocacy. Drawing on budget analysis, policy reviews, surveys, and key informant interviews, it evaluates how gender considerations are integrated into the national budget and across ten key ministries
